Method and quantity of adding iron boride in steelmaking

At this time, the iron boron should be tied firmly on the iron bar, and the outside should be wrapped with aluminum skin or horse manure paper, and the steel should be inserted as quickly as possible to avoid the oxidation loss of boron in the slag. The boron recovery of the above two methods is similar, generally 45% to 85%, and in some cases it will be higher. From the point of view of the uniformity of boron in steel and the inherent quality of steel, the latter method is better.
